1.無(wú)機粉體與樹(shù)脂之間的相容性不佳，經(jīng)過(guò)鋁酸酯偶聯(lián)劑處理后,無(wú)機粉體表面會(huì )與樹(shù)脂之間形成化學(xué)鍵，增強了無(wú)機粉體和樹(shù)脂之間的界面相容性， 因此使用鋁酸酯偶聯(lián)劑還可以加大無(wú)機粉體的用量，提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，降低成本。

2.促進(jìn)填料在樹(shù)脂中的分散,改善制品的機械性能,如拉伸強度、沖擊強度、抗壓強度等。

3.該產(chǎn)品適用于各類(lèi)填充母粒的生產(chǎn)，如碳酸鈣、滑石粉、硫酸鋇、硫酸鈉等填料的造粒，以及各類(lèi)色母粒的生產(chǎn)。

三、使用方法

第1步:在高速捏合機處于低速狀態(tài)下倒入填料，換高速加熱至110C,敞口攪拌5-8分鐘，使填料中的微量水分被充分蒸發(fā)，殘存水分應≤0.3%才能保證無(wú)機填料的活化效果;

第2步:將偶聯(lián)劑加入攪拌機內,加入量一般為填料量的1 -2% ,總的攪拌時(shí)間不得低于10分鐘，使填料充分活化;

第3步:加入填料量0.5%的硬脂酸作協(xié)同劑,再攪拌2分鐘即停機出料。
